Navis Containers Return Policy

At Navis Containers, we are committed to providing high-quality containers and ensuring customer satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a comprehensive return policy to address your concerns.
1. Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:

The return request must be made within 90 days of the delivery date.

The container must be in its original condition and free from damage beyond what was reported upon delivery.

Custom or modified containers are not eligible for returns unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Proof of purchase (invoice or order confirmation) must be provided.
2. Return Process
To initiate a return, follow these steps:

Inspection & Approval – We will review your request and may require photos of the container.

Return Authorization – If your return is approved, you will receive a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and shipping instructions.

Shipping – The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to damage or an error on our part.

Inspection Upon Arrival – Once received, we will inspect the container to ensure it meets return criteria.

Refund Processing – If approved, a refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5 business days, minus any applicable restocking or shipping fees.
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:

Custom-built or modified containers

Used or altered containers

Containers sold under clearance or final sale

Containers that have been damaged after delivery
4. Refund & Restocking Fees

Approved returns may be subject to a restocking fee of [X]%.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases where Navis Containers is at fault.
5. Damaged or Defective Containers

6. Exchanges

7. Cancellations

Orders canceled before shipment may be eligible for a full refund.

Orders canceled after shipment will be treated as a return and subject to applicable fees.
