Navis Containers Return Policy

Effective Date: February 2025

At Navis Containers, we are committed to providing high-quality containers and ensuring customer satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a comprehensive return policy to address your concerns.

1. Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The return request must be made within 90 days of the delivery date.

  • The container must be in its original condition and free from damage beyond what was reported upon delivery.

  • Custom or modified containers are not eligible for returns unless they arrive damaged or defective.

  • Proof of purchase (invoice or order confirmation) must be provided.

2. Return Process

To initiate a return, follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us – Email [info@naviscontainers.com] with your order details and reason for return.

  2. Inspection & Approval – We will review your request and may require photos of the container.

  3. Return Authorization – If your return is approved, you will receive a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and shipping instructions.

  4. Shipping – The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to damage or an error on our part.

  5. Inspection Upon Arrival – Once received, we will inspect the container to ensure it meets return criteria.

  6. Refund Processing – If approved, a refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5 business days, minus any applicable restocking or shipping fees.

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Custom-built or modified containers

  • Used or altered containers

  • Containers sold under clearance or final sale

  • Containers that have been damaged after delivery

4. Refund & Restocking Fees

  • Approved returns may be subject to a restocking fee of [X]%.

  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method.

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases where Navis Containers is at fault.

5. Damaged or Defective Containers

If you receive a damaged or defective container:

6. Exchanges

  • If you wish to exchange your container for a different model, size, or condition, contact us within 30 days.

  • Exchanges follow the same return criteria and process.

7. Cancellations

  • Orders canceled before shipment may be eligible for a full refund.

  • Orders canceled after shipment will be treated as a return and subject to applicable fees.
